Burton Albion has won an employment tribunal after claims of sexual discrimination, harassment and constructive dismissal were dismissed.
Brewers officials reacted with delight after learning of the ruling following the five-day case in Leicester.
The claims were brought by Kerry Miller, of Marchington, after she walked out of her sales and marketing job at Brewers.
A decision is now being awaited on the allocation of costs.
