A BURTON band are gearing up for their final shows after announcing that they are set to split up.
Follow You Home have confirmed that they will play just two more shows before calling it a day in October after four years together.
The five piece band, fronted by singer Kayley Busby will bow out with shows at Macmillan Fest in September and the Victoria Inn, Derby, in October.
In a statement the band said: "It is with an extremely heavy heart that we are writing to announce that after four mind blowing years, the time has come to pull the curtain down on Follow You Home.
"Through this band we have managed to experience things that we never thought would be imaginable.
"From recording in a top studio to playing shows around Europe with some of the worlds biggest bands and being played on national TV and radio.
"We will always be grateful to all the friends and fans that we have met along the way but we all feel that now is the time to move on to the next chapters in our lives and end the band the right way – on a high!
"We will headline the Stealth at Macmillan Fest on Saturday, September 6 before our last ever show will be at the Victoria Inn, Derby on Friday, October 31."
