Burton man is given six points for driving without the correct license and no insurance or MOT

A BURTON man has been handed six points on his licence after driving without insurance.

Sean Woodhead, 43, of Hendley Court, admitted the offence, which took place on December 13 last year, at Burton Magistrates' Court. He was found to be driving a Ford Focus without insurance, the correct licence or a valid MOT.

As well as the penalty points endorsed on his licence, Woodhead was also fined £450 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a victim surcharge of £45.
