Burton man proud to release his first book

A MAN from Stapenhill is thrilled to have his first book published.

Andrew Jenkins from Keble Close, released ‘You Are More Than You Think: The Return to Your Authentic Self’ in April, and the 320 page book has already sold almost 300 copies.

As the title suggests, the book guides the reader through various steps to imrpove their quality of life.

It does this by attempting to alter their approach towards different aspects of their life.

It retails at 18.99 and aims to stop people from being as affected by negative occurrences that may hold them back, allowing them to ‘rediscover’ 
themselves returning to their true ‘authentic self’.

Andrew is a fully qualified psychotherapist, hypnotist, coach and internationally accredited trainer.

He also presents for one of the world’s leading coaching training companies.

His indepth knowledge and experience is what has helped him to write his fast-selling paperback.

Andrew said:

“The book is doing very well so far, I’m really pleased with it.

“As well as writing it I also drew up all of the illustrations inside and, at the request of my editor, I designed the cover too.”

Andrew has been writing the 93,000 word book since 2011.

He hopes it will help his readers to “Become the person they are meant to be and make a living from what they enjoy doing best.”

The book currently has a rating of five stars on Amazon, and various readers have commented about how pleased they are with the book and its methods.
