Pleaded not guilty to assaulting Elizabeth Hollis in Burton on December 12, 2013. Remanded on unconditional bail until September 9.
SARAH PAGE, 29, of Glebe Close, Coton in the Elms
Admitted a charge of possessing 1.5 grams of cannabis and another charge of possessing six tablets of buprenorphine, a class C drug, in Burton. Warrant issued for arrest after failing to appear at Burton Magistrates' Court on July 15.
MARK NICHOLLS, 28, of Vancouver Drive, Winshill
Pleaded guilty to assaulting Ellie-May Bowring in Burton on February 23. Jailed for 12 weeks.
LUKE SMALLWOOD, 19, of Holly Road, Measham
Charged with stealing 11 DVDs to the value of £109 from Tesco, in Burton, on April 24.
Failed to appear at Burton Magistrates' Court on May 15.
AMANDA TARONI, 50, of Common Lane, Fradley
Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at St Giles Hospice, in Whittington, on April 30.
Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay court costs of £100.
NATHAN CLARKE, 38, of HMP Dovegate, Marchington
Charged with causing grievous bodily harm to Florin Andrel Pavel in Marchington on May 16. Sent to Stafford Crown Court for trial.
NIGEL SPOWAGE, 53, of The Green, Stretton
Admitted stealing eight cans of Stella Artois lager to the value of £8 from the Co-operative on July 13. Jailed for three months because the offence came 11 days after he was given a community order.
CARL PORT, 45, of Uxbridge Street, Burton
Admitted stealing two handbags worth £200 from TK Maxx in Burton on May 20. Also admitted stealing clothing to the value of £134 from Matalan in Burton on June 26. Remanded on bail until August 5 for pre-sentence report to be prepared.
CHRISTOPHER CLARK, 37, of Milton Street, Burton
Pleaded guilty to assaulting Daniella Jones in Burton on February 15. Jailed for 12 weeks.Ordered to pay £50 compensation as well as costs of £165.
JUSTIN GODFREY, 31, of Dallow Street, Burton
Admitted going within 50 metres of William Shrewsbury Primary School, in Stretton, when not permitted to do so. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay costs of £15.
