Derbyshire County Council NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF FURTHER AND OTHER INFORMATION TO AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 1999 Notice Under REGULATION 19 Proposed Development of a Pig Farming Operation and an Associated Anaerobic Digestion Facility on Land off Uttoxeter Road, Foston. Application Code No: CW9/0311/174 I give notice that Midland Pig Producers has submitted to Derbyshire County Council further and additional information to an Environmental Statement that accompanies the above planning application submitted on 08 March 2011 for the development of Pig Farming Operation and an Associated Anaerobic Digestion Facility. The further and additional information comprises addenda to the Environmental Statement and Planning Statement, revisions of the Non-Technical Summary and Design and Access Statement, a statement on need for new farm technologies, and a revised drawing schedule. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, Environmental Statement, plans and other documents submitted with it at the Planning Department, South Derbyshire District Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH or the Environmental Services Department, Shand House, Dale Road South, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3RY during all reasonable hours until 12 June 2013. All documents are available for viewing or downloading from the County Council's Website . Free access to the County Council's Website is available at all the Council's public libraries. Members of the public may also purchase, at a cost of £200, a paper copy of the further and additional information to the Environmental Statement from Midland Producers, Ryknield House, Alrewas, Burton-on-Trent, DE13 7AB. Anyone who wishes to write to the Council about this application should either address letters to the Strategic Director of Environmental Services, Derbyshire County Council, at the Shand House address above or use the facility on the Website to submit comments on line by 12 June 2013. DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE EXTENSION NELSON STREET & CORONATION STREET, NEWHALL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 09 May 2013 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which was to close Nelson Street and Coronation Street, Newhall from their junctions with Darklands Road to a point 20 metres from those junctions has been further continued. Please find alternative route. The road will be closed until 29 May 2013 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused during the duration of the temporary restriction.
