ONCE again we have received some good information about the crimes we featured last week and also about other crimes in the area. We are following up all the information given. Please continue to keep your calls coming in as the information you are giving us helps us to reduce crime and arrest people responsible for the criminal activities in the area.

CRIME 1

BURGLARY

At approximately 10.30am on Monday, April 28 a male offender walked into a house in The City, Woodville uninvited. The male told the 90-year-old occupant that he needed to go into the garden, while in the garden a second offender has got into the house and stolen a quantity of cash. The first offender is described as a white, male approximately 20, wearing a black leather cap and blue and white trainers. Were you in the area around this time and see anyone acting suspiciously or did you have someone at your door with a similar story? CRIME 2

BURGLARY

Between 7am and 5.30pm on Tuesday, April 29 offenders entered a garage belonging to a house in Excelsior Drive, Woodville. Thieves stole a red Voodoo mountain bike. Have you seen this bike being ridden around the local area? If so then call the team and quote reference: 17713/14

CRIME 3

BURGLARY

Overnight between Tuesday, April 29 and Wednesday, April 30 offenders forced the door of a garage belong to a house in Victoria Drive, Woodville. Thieves stole a blue GT Avalanche mountain bike. Have you recently been offered this mountain bike at a cheap price? If so then call the Crimestoppers team and quote reference: 17655/14

CRIME 4

BURGLARY

Between Wednesday, April 23 and Monday, April 28 offenders entered an insecure shed in the garden of a house in Hall Farm Road, Swadlincote. Thieves stole property including a quantity of spray paint. Do you have any information about this burglary? CRIME 5

BURGLARY

Overnight between Tuesday, April 29 and Wednesday, April 30 offenders entered a house in Moira Road, Woodville, by an insecure window. Once inside thieves stole a laptop computer and wallet.
