Driving licence fraud lands court case fine

A 19-YEAR-OLD woman has been fined after fraudulently obtaining a driving licence.

Demi Leigh James appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court charged with obtaining a driving licence in Church Gresley on December 1.

James, of The Fairway, Newhall, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
