STRETTON Eagles could move fourth in Midland Combination Division One if they beat struggling Chelmsley Town away tomorrow.

Simon Watson’s outfit have won three on the bounce to sit sixth in the table and have only lost once on the road this season.

But the manager wants more from his talented side.

“We’ve not reached the heights of which we are capable over the last three games,” he said. “But we still have full spoils.

“We do need to get that incremental improvement that will hopefully see us peak for some of the must-win clashes in April and May.

“It’s good to see the strikers hitting the net.

“Jordan Dent and Scott Walkman both scored last week, with Phil Wheildon having looked very sharp recently.

“Add Alex Britton, who’s a quality player, and we have a very potent strikeforce.”

Craig Swinfield is the only player to miss out, with Clayton Harris returning to the squad

EAGLES FROM: Kirkland, Harris, Mander, Brown, Freeman, Gaynor, Liversage, Ellerton, Watson, Barker, Britton, Upton, Dent, Wheildon, Walkman, Harris.
