DERBY County reclaimed the Brian Clough Trophy in emphatic style this afternoon as they blew away fierce rivals Nottingham Forest 5-0 at the iPro Stadium.
Craig Bryson scored a hat-trick - his second of the season - with Jeff Hendrick and Johnny Russell completing the rout.
The result takes the Rams to third in the Championship, nine points ahead of Forest, who could drop out of the play-offs if more results go against them today.
The final scoreline marked the biggest-ever margin of victory in this fixture.
Bryson, who reached 15 goals for the season, became the first player to notch three against the East Midlands enemy since Steve Bloomer.
