A GROUP of youngsters as part of the National Citizen’s Service in partnership with Burton Albion Community Trust took part in a residential trip to learn more about ‘community’.
The group spent four days at Manor Adventure, in Shropshire, undertaking a varied range of projects.
These included outdoor team pursuit activities.
They also spent three days learning about their community as well as planning to deliver a social action project.
Matt Hancock, from the Burton Albion Community Trust, said “This residential trip formed an important part of the National Citizen Service award, and we hope all involved had a great time.
“As a club and a trust, we pride ourselves in engaging with the local community through residential trips.”
