GARY Rowett (pictured) and his coaching team will run the rule over several trialists at Burton Albion this week.
The Brewers have brought in a few players who are looking to earn deals, to see if they are what the club is looking for.
As well as the unnamed Dutch striker who will train with Albion, there are others going up to St George’s Park this week.
“We’ll also have a few more trialists, although we’ve tried to limit the number of them,” said Rowett.
Albion have already made six signings this summer and have moved early in the transfer market, so Rowett can be even more selective in who comes in on trial.
“We’ve made more signings early on this time and kept many of our players from last season, so we’ve not had the need to bring in six or seven trialists,” he said..
“We’ve probably got one or two positions to fill at this moment in time and have got other trialists for that as well.”
