Ballerina buns are very in right now but why not try a twist on the traditional bun. Split your ponytail into two and twist them around before weaving them together and placing the braid into a bun. It may sound hard but it's simple, or alternatively twist a plait into a bun.
Try bright colours, either glossy or blot for a matt look. Coral and super showstopper red are great colours but darker reds like berry make this trend more seasonal.
They seem like they'll never go out of fashion but this staple should be worn low and loose on the nape of your neck to be on top of this seasons trend. Try wrapping a strand of hair around the hairband for a more sophisticated look.
You could opt for the classic feline flick, a chunky line or be minimal with just a hint in the corners of your eyes but why not tackle this trend head on and try a slick of colourful liner or even make an art work of it.
This new trend is great for a quick change or creating extra volume on one side. Wear it uber slick for a masculine edge.
We've seen this trend before but this season, use it to inject colour either at the ends or roots of your hair.
We spoke about this trend recently on our fashion pages, why not make a statement with smudged under eye liner and super dark eyeshadow. Plus, it's a great time to invest in gothic make-up and accessories as with Halloween around the corner you'll have ample choice.
Whether you make them stand out with a slick of pencil or shadow, your eyebrows should make a statement. If you're brave enough, why not try out the jewelled look.
A staple for most women, our Beauty Blogger recently posted about how to create dark smokey eyes, or why not try just shading the the crease of your lids for a lighter look.
Think glitz and glam! Accessories are big right now and can really add to your look with minimal effort. Go for a princess style with jewels.
Waves add texture to your look, if your hair isn’t naturally dead-straight, leave it to dry naturally and rock this slightly-tousled look or plait it damp and leave to dry overnight.
Plaits, braids and twists
This trend is a great way to make your hair last in-between washes. Take a section of hair from underneath and plait upwards before pinning it into place to create an effortlessly elegant 'Grecian' style plait, if you struggle with this there are plenty of premade headbands available to buy, or plait loosely for a carefree look.
The new smokey eyes
Metallic is in but so is a more colourful version of the smokey eye. Want to be different, try blocks of colour and resist blending them for a more dramatic look.
