A 51-YEAR-OLD man accused of making more than 1,000 indecent photographs of children, and 100 images of intercourse with a horse, is to reappear at crown court.
David Netherway, of Broadway Street, Burton, appeared at Stafford Crown Court charged with 13 separate offences and has not yet entered a plea.
He is charged with making 428 Category A indecent photographs of children, making 426 Category B photographs, and 1,536 Category C photographs, as well as six videos of Category A and two video of Category B.
He is also accused of distributing an unknown quantity of indecent photographs and videos of Category A and B and C.
Netherway is also charged with possession of 26 extreme pornographic images which portrayed an act of intercourse with a live horse, and a second identical charge of possession of 71 extreme pornographic images of intercourse with a horse.
Netherway is also charged with inciting a girl, knowing her to be underage, to engage in sexual activity.
All offences relate to Burton between January 1, 2008 and April 16, 2013.
He is due to appear at Stafford Crown Court on July 11 to enter a plea and answers unconditional bail.
