A TRIO of injured Burton Albion players are hoping for a return to action tonight.

Defender Aaron Webster, left, on-loan winger Jordan Chapell and striker Adi Yussuf are all pencilled in for a reserve team outing against Tranmere Rovers at Prenton Park, kick-off 7pm.

Webster and Yussuf have both had lengthy lay-offs due to hamstring and groin injuries, while Chapell — whose loan from Sheffield United was last week extended for another month — has been sidelined for two weeks because of an ankle problem.

Defender Marcus Holness is also included in the Brewers squad as he continues his return to full match fitness from a hamstring injury.

Club skipper John McGrath is due to start the game as he builds fitness following his serious foot injury.

ALBION are taking bookings on a second supporters’ coach to Saturday’s FA Cup second round tie at Crewe Alexandra.

Coaches depart the Pirelli Stadium at 12.30pm and the fare is £7.50. Bookings can be made by telephoning the club on 01283 565938.

Albion Independent Supporters have seats available on their coaches to Crewe, departing the Beacon Hotel, Tutbury Road, at 12.30pm. Bookings can be made on 07826 230365.

A few seats are also available on a coach from the Beech Hotel, in Derby Road, which also departs at 12.30pm.

The fare is £7 and bookings can be made on 01283 561811.
