APART from a handful of games spread across other divisions, the only full programme to survive last weekend’s icy blast in the Burton Junior League involved games played on the artificial pitches at Robert Sutton and Pingle schools.

TS Sports Hammers and Hilton Harriers Jets happily braved the cold conditions to continue their domination of WINSHILL SOCCER SCHOOL UNDER-10 DIVISION ONE.

Unbeaten TS remain a point clear of their rivals as goals from Ben Prince and Nico Ambrose secured a 2-0 victory over Chellaston Black Sox.

Meanwhile, Jets had Max Peplow, Callum Samson, Nathan Brown and Max Bosley on target as they cruised to a 4-0 win against fourth-placed Winshill.

Josh Tunnicliffe was on hand to hit the only goal for Hilton Tornadoes against Marlborough Rovers.

The victory lifted Tornadoes into third place, but they have a 10-point deficit to make up on the leading pair.

A goal apiece from Thomas Bradshaw and Calem Lewis-Thomas clinched a 2-1 win for Ashby Ivanhoe Jesters as Charlie Bird replied for Barton Rovers Spartans.

The top two battled it out in BRIAN MOLE UNDER-10 DIVISION TWO —  and it was leaders Whittington Lasers who came out on top 2-1 against Belvedere Park Blue.

Owen Hair and Samuel Little were on target for Lasers as Mitchell Bamford netted for Belvedere, who are now four points adrift having played a game more.

Doveridge had Lewie Thornton and Callum Wood on target in a 2-0 defeat of Belvedere Park Red, while it ended all square as Toby Smith’s goal for Riverside Athletic Black was answered by Connor Harrison for Ashby Knights.

Santos Ravens’ 2-0 defeat of Netherseal St Peter’s came courtesy of strikes by Haaris Aswat and William Mathews.

Bottom club Uttoxeter Juniors picked up only their second point of the season after battling to a 1-1 draw with their White stablemates. The respective scorers were Sam Broome and James Wright.

Dilhan Choudhary scored a hat-trick as Albert Village Tornadoes maintained their 100 per cent record at the top of HARDY SIGNS UNDER-10 DIVISION THREE.

Choudhary was joined on the scoresheet by Morgan Rowland in a 4-2 win over Belvedere Park White, who reduced the deficit through a Stuart Lacey double.

TS Sports Villa are also 100 per cent with a game in hand after replicating Tornadoes’ score in defeating Barton Rovers Hercules.

Joe Wheatcroft and Max Haywood notched doubles for TS, while Jack Branson and Lewis Warrington were on target for Hercules.

Willington squeezed to a 2-1 win against strugglers Chellaston Red Sox thanks to goals from Cole Tunnicliffe and Harry Stubbs.

LRT were in goal-hungry mood as they crushed Newhall Tigers 8-2.

Sam Smith grabbed a hat-trick and Harvey Dudley (2), Taine Garner (2) and Luke Armstrong also had their shooting boots with them, leaving Tigers with the small consolation of replies from Benjamin Wells and Reece Balfour.

In contrast, the clash between Woodville Rangers Black and Hatton Sports ended goalless.

Belvedere Juniors Black have a vice-like grip on top spot in BJFL UNDER-10 DIVISION FOUR after 4-1 defeat of Midway extended their perfect record to nine games.

Aidan Locke (2), Henry Collins and Alex Norton were their scorers as Leo Lant-Hughes replied for Midway.

Belvedere remain six points clear with two games in hand on second-placed TS Sports Rovers, who were 4-0 winners against Woodville Rangers Blue thanks to goals from Sam Gordan (2),  Ross Mclnulty and Lucas Wright.

Spencer Staley and Mathew Jobson popped up with the goals to secure a 2-1 win for Outwoods Eagles as Jake Haywood pulled one back for Marlborough Rovers Black.

Armando Bogdanvic (2) and Xavier Walker eased Riverside Athletic Red to a 3-0 win against Albert Village Hurricanes.

Alrewas and Outwoods Hawks shared the spoils as Callum Richardson and Benjamin Holloway found the net for their respective sides.
