Matthew Ellis launches public Staffordshire Police progress report

POLICE and crime commissioner Matthew Ellis has welcomed the public to see what he thinks is and isn't working regarding the work of Staffordshire Police.

The report talks about the last 12 months of policing and focuses on police finances.

Mr Ellis said: "The report highlights what's been achieved, where we are and what we and others need to do better."

    Keep up the good work Matthew. I didn't vote for you out of party political allegiance but you were by far the best person for the job by a country mile. Visible and proactive were what police and crime commissioners were supposed to be and you are most certainly that.
