A BURTON based firm has cause for celebration after achieving a record number of sales in its history.
Lorien Engineering Solutions, based in the Centrum 100 business park, in Burton, enjoyed its highest grossing year to date in the firm’s 28-year history in 2012.
It now also has its largest ever customer base and has expanded its Polish office by taking on clients from Russia, India, and China.
The firm has also opened regional offices in Manchester and London and increased its workforce by 35 per cent.
Steve Slater, Lorien’s managing director, said: “We reaped the rewards during 2012 and we are confident that 2013 will prove just as successful.
“But we won’t be resting on our laurels. We will continue to invest in top quality people, so that we can continue to best serve our growing portfolio of customers.”
