A-MAZED bosses at East Staffordshire tourist attraction say they are enjoying a bumper year thanks to the summer’s good weather.
Visitors to the maize maze at the National Forest Adventure Farm, Tatenhill, have enjoyed exploring the 10-acre maze, which is in the shape of the iconic Three Lions to mark the 150th anniversary of the FA.
Younger visitors, and those who haven’t quite got the endurance for the main attraction, have still been able to join in the fun by feeding the farm animals, racing on the peddle go-karts, having water fights in the splash area and in the mini-maze.
Jo Abrams, manager for the site, told the Mail: “It has been a really good turnout this year because the weather has been on our side compared this year compared to last year.
“That’s meant we have had a good crop of maize so people have got really stuck in and the feedback has been amazing.”
Mr Abrams added that a carnival day with steel bands and a circus will take place at the maze on Monday, August 26.
