DETAILS of a planning appeal in East Staffordshire have been revealed.
The Planning Inspectorate will take a closer look at plans to build a two storey rear extension in Clay Street, Stapenhill.
East Staffordshire Borough Council’s planning committee refused planning permission and this is now being disputed by the applicant following a decision in 2012.
