• Thurs July 8: Launch of awards in Burton Mail and online
• Thurs July 8: Entry Forms available online for download
• Thurs July 8: Entry Forms available online for download
• Wed July 14: Awards supplement and coverage in Uttoxeter Advertiser
• July and August: Ongoing coverage in Burton Mail and Uttoxeter Advertiser
• Friday, Sept 10: Deadline for entries (all completed forms must have arrived by post or by hand by 5pm on Sept 10)
• September 22: Three finalists for each category announced in Burton Mail and online (following review by the judging panels)
• September/October: Judging panels contact and arrange to visit each of the Finalists
