A HOMES developer has had to open a sales office to cope with increased demand at a new development in Burton.
Fairgrove Homes, the East Midlandsbased family firm, is building seven executive detached new homes in Howards Way off Old Road, Branston.
MD Steve Midgley said: “It took us a while to find this fantastic spot, but this location ticks all the boxes.

“Completion of this home is scheduled for September, and we’ve already seen a healthy amount of interest,” said Steve.
The homes, which feature en-suite bedrooms and high-spec kitchens and bathrooms, measure from 1,540 sq ft to 1,806 sq ft and are priced from £259,995 to £360,000.
