NURSERIES, pre-schools, toddler groups, and parents are being called upon to register and organise their own Toddle Waddle for The Meningitis Trust.
Toddle Waddle is the trust’s annual fund-raising event, which is a sponsored walk or waddle in aid of the charity. This year will be its 13th year and has raised £3 million to-date.
Every bit of sponsorship raised will make a huge difference to the charity’s work. The charity relies on events, like Toddle Waddle, to raise the £8,000 needed every day to fund the growing demand on its services.
The waddlers’ walk can be as long or as short as their little legs can take them. It can take place in the garden, a local park, nursery playground, or community hall and can take on any theme.
