Crimestoppers - South Derbyshire

THANK YOU once again for Supporting Crimestoppers. We received numerous calls last week and the officers concerned are chasing up the information, please keep those calls coming in. CRIME 1

BURGLARY

Between midnight and 4am on Tuesday, February 4, offenders forced the rear window of an office in Queens Drive, Swadlincote. However the thieves were disturbed and made off empty handed. Were you in the area and did you see the thieves running away? If you can tell us more then call the Crimestoppers team and quote reference: 4879/14

CRIME 2

THEFT

Overnight between Wednesday, January 29 and Thursday, January 30, offenders went to an insecure red Mini that was parked in the driveway of a house in Main Street, Netherseal. Thieves stole a quantity of tools including a Stanley tool bag, a Bosch cordless drill and a Bosch screwdriver.

CRIME 3

THEFT

Between 1pm and 3pm on Tuesday, February 4, offenders went to an insecure red ‘52’ registered Renault car that was parked in Burton Road, Ticknall. Thieves stole a handbag containing a purse, cash, mobile phone and glasses.

Were you in the area around this time and did you see anyone acting suspiciously?

CRIME 4

THEFT FROM VAN

Overnight between Tuesday, February 4 and Wednesday, February 5, offenders cut a hole in the door of a white ‘09’ registered VW van that was parked in Burton Road, Overseal. Thieves then stole a quantity of property. Do you know who is responsible for this theft? If you are able to tell us more then call the confidential number and quote reference: 5058/14

CRIME 5

BURGLARY

Between 10pm and 10.10pm on Wednesday, February 5, offenders forced the rear patio of a house in Castle Way, Willington. Thieves did not manage to get into the house but forced the shed in the rear garden and stole a quantity of tools. Were you in the area around this time and did you see anyone acting suspiciously?
