TWO ‘Doctors’ have cast their talented eyes over a school’s performing arts competition.
Abbots Bromley School welcomed Daniel Klarfeld and Nathan Wright from daytime television soap, Doctors, as guest judges in its very competitive House performing arts competition.
All six houses from the senior school took part in an afternoon’s entertainment watched by enthusiastic and highly amused parents, friends and staff, as well as the children of the Preparatory School.
Each house presented its own interpretation of the theme “140 years of Abbots Bromley School”.
Victoria Musgrave, the school’s executive head, was joined on the judging panel by Nathan Wright who currently plays Chris Reid, and David Klarfeld who is currently production coordinator on Doctors and has worked on some well-known television shows in his 21 year career such as Blue Peter, Coronation Street, Casualty and Hollyoaks.
Finally, the overall prize went to a delighted Coleridge House for their ‘fantastic, amusing and very slick performance of ‘The Apprentice AB Style’.
