ESBC: A clarification
ON September 15, 2011, we published a story about East Staffordshire Borough Council headlined ‘Late tax bill is a £45,000 mistake’.
We have been asked to make it clear that this related to an unpaid business rates bill, not a council tax bill. The Mail is happy to set the record straight.
