CANDIDATES standing for county council elections have been invited to find out more about their potential role.
Staffordshire County Council will hold its candidate open day on Tuesday March 26.
Candidates can also meet employees and find out how the council operates.
John Tradewell, the council’s director of democracy, law, and transformation, said: “The sessions next week will give candidates standing in the elections a chance to find out everything they need to know.”
“Taking on the role of a county councillor is a four-year commitment to the community.
“So we want to ensure the support is there for potential candidates before an election.”
