PLANS for 69 homes near Swadlincote could be given the green light next month.
JS Bloor has applied to North West Leicestershire District Council for permission to build the housing development on a field to the east of 57 Moira Road, Ashby. Plans also come with associated garaging, parking, open space, landscaping and infrastructure.
If given the go ahead by planning committee in January, there would be three one-bedroom flats, along with 18 two-bedroom homes, 26 with three bedrooms, and 36 with four bedrooms.
