In broad terms, the council having reviewed all company procedures will be issuing assured advice for other regulators to have due regard in their dealings with Spirit.
Councillor Robert Hardwick, the council’s deputy leader for regulatory services, said: “This partnership further demonstrates the councils’ commitment to supporting local enterprise and encouraging business growth and development through collaborative working. This partnership also allows the council to expand the current boundaries of regulatory effort.”
