TWO men have been charged following a burglary in South Derbyshire.
A 19-year-old and 27-year-old have both been charged with dwelling burglary following an incident a a home in Thompson Close, Swadlincote, on Monday evening.
A third man, who was 33, has been bailed by police.
Previously, the Mail reported how Derbyshire Police recovered all the items taken during this burglary within hours of it being reported.
South Derbyshire section inspector Paul Cannon said: “This incident also saw an insecure door forced open and this is continuing to be an issue in South Derbyshire.
“All we ask is that people use commonsense, lock their doors and make sure entry points to homes are secure.”
