People at risk of floods urged to get online and comment on change
RESIDENTS are being encouraged to take part in a questionnaire on flooding in North West Leicestershire.
The online survey went live this week and will gather views which will help to form Leicestershire County Council’s flood risk management strategy.
This consultation asks residents for their views and observations on any history of flooding, both on their property and locally.
Peter Osborne, cabinet member for flooding, said: “Replies to the questionnaire will help the council to look at how the effects can be managed in the years ahead.”
