A SECOND man is wanted by police over an alleged hit and run in Burton.
Officers are attempting to trace 32-year-old Mohammed Zamir in connection with the incident in Curtis Street, off Waverley Lane, on Sunday evening.
Zamir, from Stafford Street, Burton, is suspected of being involved in the incident which left a man in his 20s with minor injuries.
It comes after police charged another man with attempted murder in relation to the incident.
Mohammed Zeagum Ali, of Derby Street, who is alleged to have been in the car, appeared in court on Thursday.
The 33-year-old was remanded in custody and is due to appear before Stafford Crown Court on November 11.
A man from the Burton area was treated at the scene following the incident before being taken to the University Hospital of North Staffordshire.
