A CLOTHING chain is to relaunch its shop at a Burton shopping centre following work on its new entrance.
TK Maxx, at The Octagon shopping centre will relaunch at 10am on Saturday, October 5, revealing a new look.
Work is nearing completion on revamping part of a car park to provide more suitable access to the clothing shop
The owners of TK Maxx were given permission by East Staffordshire Borough Council to install a new entrance at its Octagon shopping centre base and part of the car park has been sealed off to widen the pavement.
The shopping centre’s manager, Peter Hardingham, remained tight-lipped about the overall plans, but said: “Part of the car park has been sealed off for remodelling to widen the pavement adjacent to TK Maxx.”
The plans include a new shop front and another entrance to TK Maxx accessible from the car park. The current works involves creating disabled parking at the proposed entrance.
