AT their annual meeting, members reflected on another busy year.
They have visited local theatres, taken coach trips, dined in and out and supported community events.
They have played croquet, quizzed, held lively monthly meetings with inspirational, informative and interesting speakers, discussed local and national issues and had plenty of opportunities to socialise and have fun.
This month six Linton ladies joined with more than 1,000 other Derbyshire members at the Annual Federation Meeting held at Derby Assembly Rooms.
The highlight was a talk by Pru Leith, OBE and CBE.
Most well known for her appearance as a judge on Great British Menu, her talk featured a series of anecdotes which showed her to be an accomplished restaurateur, caterer and television presenter.
