THE Football League have released the dates for the end-of-season play-offs – which look likely to feature both Burton Albion and Derby County.
The Brewers could find themselves in the League Two play-offs for a second successive season, and will have five full days' rest in between the two legs - compared to only two days last year.
The dates for the teams finishing fourth and seventh in League Two will be Saturday, May 10 (7.30pm kick-off) and Friday, May 16 (7.45pm), with the higher-ranked team facing the second leg at home.
The teams finishing fifth and sixth will meet on Sunday, May 11 (noon) and Saturday, May 17th (noon).
The final will be played at Wembley on Monday, May 26.
Derby County currently sit fourth in the Championship, and if they end the season there, they will face the team in fifth over two legs on Friday, May 9 (7.45pm) and Monday, May 12 (7.45pm).
The semi-finals between the team finishing third sixth and the team finishing sixth will be on Thursday, May 8 (7.45pm) and Sunday, May 11 (5.15pm).
The final will be on Saturday, May 24 at Wembley.
