PLANS have been submitted to North West Leicestershire District Council for 20 new homes on land in Measham.
The development off New Street will include an access road, driveways and parking.
A flood risk assessment has also been included within the planning application, along with checks on noise from the work and the risk of mining subsidence.
The application was first received on July 22 last year and will expire on August 30. However, a date for a final decision has not yet been made. No constraints have been put on the application.
Sean Sheahan and Tom Neilsen have been listed as the ward councillors who will be consulted about the scheme, which is being handled by case officer Jenny Davies.
