QUEEN’S Park Rangers are confident Croatian international Niko Kranjcar will be fit for the Championship play-off final against Derby County.
Kranjcar suffered a hamstring injury in Rangers’ 2-1 victory over Wigan Athletic in Monday’s semi-final second leg at Loftus Road.
He saw the game through after Harry Redknapp had already made three substitutions.
Kranjcar was rated a doubt for the final but he has responded well to treatment and should be fit and available to face the Rams.
The 29-year-old has been named in Croatia’s provisional 30-man squad for the World Cup finals.
“I always have a great sense of pride when I get selected for my country and with this being a World Cup year, it is extra special,” he told QPR’s official website.
