Admitted assaulting Zoe Evans, in Uttoxeter, on June 23.

Previously denied the offence.

Is due to return to court on April 15 for a pre-sentence report.

Answers unconditional bail.

MARIUSZ WYSOCKI, 40, of Clough Drive, Stretton.

A charge of allegedly assaulting Monika Wysocki, in Burton, on December 22 has been discontinued.

He had denied the alleged offence.

KAMI DAY, 24, of Park Avenue, Uttoxeter.

Admitted using a colour television without a licence, in Uttoxeter, between October 21 and November 22.

Fined £135, with £120 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

ALLI HAMAD, 44, of Short Street, Stapenhill.

It was proved in his absence that he used a colour television without a licence, in Burton, on November 11.

Fined £200, with £120 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

LIAM MANN, 34, of Vancouver Drive, Winshill.

It was proved in his absence that he used a colour television without a licence, in Burton, between October 11 and November 12.

Fined £200, with £120 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

TRACEY MCAULAY, 50, of Park Avenue, Uttoxeter.

It was proved in her absence that she used a colour television without a licence, in Uttoxeter, between December 23 and January 24.

Fined £200, with £120 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

EDYIA SOBCZAK, 26, of Clarence Street, Burton.

Admitted using a colour television without a licence, in Burton, on October 14.

Fined £35, with £120 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

WESLEY BEARD, 28, of Shakespeare Road, Horninglow.

Admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Burnside, Rolleston, on December 29.

Previously denied the offence.

Fined £55 with £300 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
