PATRICK MONGAN, 30, of Benhurst Gardens, South Croydon, London.

Admitted damaging an inside wall, intercom phone and curtain rail belonging to Richard Hanlon, in Burton, on December 13.

Fined £110, with £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

A charge of being in charge of a Vauxhall Antara on the A38 at Catholme while over the legal drink drive limit was discontinued.

ANTHONY REDICAN, 24, of no fixed address.

Admitted taking a Mitsubishi without the owner’s consent where damage was caused, in Burton, on February 23.

Also admitted driving the vehicle without the correct licence or insurance.

Is due to return to court on April 28 for a pre-sentence report.

Has been remanded into custody.

ANDREW ROBINSON, 20, of Oversetts Road, Newhall.

Admitted attempting to steal a 50ml bottle of Pack Rabanne aftershave and a 50ml bottle of Chanel Eau de Toilette worth £60 from Boots Distribution Centre, Burton, on December 14.

Is due to return to court on April 28 for a pre-sentence report.

DAVID SHAW, 24, of New Road, Hilton.

Admitted entering a garage as a trespasser at the rear of an address in Beacon Road, Rolleston, on April 4.

Is due to appear at Stafford Crown Court on a date to be fixed for breach of crown court suspended sentence.

Remanded into custody.

JORDAN TAYLOR, 24, of Meadow Road, Burton.

Admitted being drink and disorderly in Trent Bridge House, in Meadow Road, Burton, on March 17.

Fined £110, with £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

ALEXANDER HAYES, 29, of Pipers Way, Burton.

Admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, in Burton, on March 22.

Fined £190, with £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

LEE SHARRATT, 34, of Short Street, Stapenhill.

Admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, in Burton, on March 22.

Fined £190, with £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

RONALD SIMPSON, 69, of Marston Bank, Rocester, Uttoxeter.

Admitting driving a silver Mercedes on the B5030 Uttoxeter, on March 24, with 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.

Fined £190, with £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Banned from driving for 17 months.
