CEZARY TOMICKI, 29, of Watson Street, Burton.

Admitted using a colour television without a licence, in Burton,, between January 4 and February 5.

Has been fined £65, with £120 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

MARY YEOMANS, 50, of Waterloo Street, Burton.

It was proved in her absence that she used a colour television without a licence, in Burton, on February 17.

Has been fined £500, with £120 court costs and a £50 victim surcharge.

MARCUS MASON, 27, of Essex Road, Stapenhill.

Admitted possession of 8.54 grams of cannabis, in Burton, on January 11.

Given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

SAJAD MAHMOOD, 43, of Abbey Street, Derby.

Admitted possession of 397 milligrams of cannabis and 3.16 grams of cocaine, in Burton, on December 15.

Is due to return to court on April 30 for a pre-sentence report.

Answers unconditional bail.

KAMIL NEUMANN, 38, of Ordish Street, Burton.

Admitted driving a Vauxhall Vectra in Uxbridge Street, Burton, on March 29 with 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.

Also admitted driving the vehicle without the correct licence.

Is due to return to court on April 29 for a pre-sentence report.

Has been given an interim disqualification and unconditional bail.

MATHEW ORTON, 27, of Hulunderweg Bad, Falling Boste, Germany.

A charge of allegedly being drunk and disorderly, in Station Street, Burton, on April 5, has been withdrawn as it is not in the public interest to continue.

KARL THIBERT, 45, of Lower Outwoods Street, Burton.

A charge of allegedly destroying a fence belonging to Wesley Yardley, in Burton, on February 18 has been discontinued.
