JUSTIN GODFREY, 31, of Manor Croft, Nottingham.

Admitted breaching a non-molestation order by going within 50m of William Shrewsbury Primary School, Stretton, on May 8.

Is due to return to court on June 27 for a pre-sentence report.

Answers conditional bail not to contact Yasmin Lawlor.

PAUL JONES, 40, of Branston Road, Burton.

Admitted stealing Teacher’s whiskey, worth £13.99 from B&M Stores, Burton, on March 26.

Had originally denied the offence.

Also admitted breaching a conditional discharge imposed for theft.

Is due to return to court on June 27 for a pre-sentence report.

Answers conditional bail not to enter any shops in Burton except Asda to collect his methadone script.

TOMAS PLICS, 25, of Blackpool Street, Burton.

Found guilty of harassing Anda Birule, in Burton, between January 19 and 22, by sending numerous text messages, Facebook messages, phone calls and sent images to her.

He did not attend court and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

MOT EXPRESS LTD, New Road Service Station, of New Road, Uttoxeter.

The owner, whose name has not been given, was found guilty of failing to given information relating to a driver of a Ford Ka when asked to do so by an officer, on August 21.

Fined £600, with £85 court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
