Admitted possession CS Spray, in Burton, on January 17.

Has been fined £165, with £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

The CS Spray was forfeited and destroyed under the Firearms Act.

VIKTOR TITOV, 26, of South Oak Street, Burton.

Admitted assaulting Jekaterina Dudcaka, in Burton, on June 8.

Also admitted possession of cannabis.

Is due to return to court on July 4 for a pre-sentence report.

Answers conditional bail not to contact Jekaterina Dudcaka, not to enter King Street, Burton, to keep probation appointments and to live and sleep at his address.

KYLIE HUDSON, 25, of Auction Place, Uttoxeter.

It was proved in her absence that she used a colour television without a licence, in Uttoxeter, between December 23 and January 24.

Fined £200, with £120 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

MONIKA KUC, 35, of Auction Place, Uttoxeter.

Admitted using a colour television without a licence, in Uttoxeter, on January 23.

Fined £35, with £120 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

CHRISTOPHER CHANDLER, 48, of Douglas Road, Handsworth, Birmingham.

Found guilty of assaulting Paul Coldock, in Burton, on November 11.

Also found guilty of damaging a gold neckchain belonging to Paul Coldock.

Is due to return to court on July 1 for a pre-setnence report.

Answers conditional bail.

BERNADETTE BAKER, 36, of Shannon Approach, Burton.

A charge of allegedly assaulting Carmen Edwards, in Burton, on March 27, has been discontinued as no evidence was offered.
