CHRISTOPHER CHANDLER, 48, of Dougles Road, Handsworth, Birmingham.

Found guilty of assaulting Paul Coldock, in Burton, on November 11.

Also found guilty of damaging a gold neckchain belonging to Paul Coldock.

Given a 12 month community order, fined £250, with £50 compensation, £600 court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

ZANIS FILIMONOVS, 27, of Wheat Breach Close, Horninglow.

Admitted driving a Suzuki scooter in Queen Street, Burton, on June 1, with 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.

Also admitted driving the scooter without the correct licence.

Fined £250, with £85 court costs and a £25 victim surcharge.

Banned from driving for 15 months.

He also admitting driving with no insurance and was fined a further £250.

SADIE LEPPINGTON, 41, of Meynell Close, Brizlincote Valley.

Admitted using a colour television without a licence, in Burton, between January 10 and February 11.

Fined £35, with £120 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

DARREN BAINES, 43, of Alrewas Hayes, Alrewas.

Convicted of driving a Jeep in Picket Post, Hampshire, on August 6, exceeding the 70 mph speed limit.

Fined £270, with £60 court costs and a £27 victim surcharge.

Banned from driving for six months due repeat offending and licence is endorsed with three penalty points.

MEHBOOB HUSSAIN, 42, of Warren Lane, Branston.

A charge of allegedly causing Nasir Mehmood harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, in Uttoxeter, on October 5 has been dismissed.

He was bound over in the sum of £350 for 12 months to keep the peace especially towards Nasir Mehmood.

Nasir Mehmood has also be bound over in the sum of £350 for 12 months to keep the peace especially towards Mehboob Hussain.

DMITRIJJIS PINCUKS, 26, of French Hay Street, Derby.

Admitted assaulting Svetlana Pincuks, in Burton, on March 15.

Had originally denied the offence.

Is due to return to court on July 25 for a pre-sentence report.

Answers unconditional bail.

A charge of assaulting Eaton Pincuks was dismissed as no evidence was offered.

TAREEM SHAKIL, 22, of Curtis Way, Burton.

Admitted possession of cannabis, in Burton, on June 13.

Fined £150, with £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
