ANOTHER day, another ice bucket challenge – this time staff from Rosliston Forestry Centre and the sport team of South Derbyshire District Council stepped up.

A team of nine people from the forestry centre and six from the council doused themselves with buckets of icy-cold water while their peers looked on, considerably warmer and drier.

Those who didn't take part still donated to the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) charity to help fund research and support for those with motor neurone disease.

Millions of pounds have now been raised by people donating, taking on the ice bucket challenge and nominating others to do the same.

Donations can be made by texting ICED55 plus an amount (such as £5) to 70070 or by visiting www.als.org.uk/donate
