BURTON Albion will be wearing their new 2012/13 away kit this afternoon when they take on Aston Villa at the PirelliStadium.
The new strip was launched today and will get an immediate first outing when Paul Lambert’s PremierLeague side come to Burton for both team’s first friendly of pre-season, kick-off 3pm.
The outfit, available both in-store and online from the Brewers’ club shop, sees a continued partnership with Mr Cropper Ltd, who will sponsor the shirt until the end of the 2013/14 season.
It returns to blue shirts, shorts and socks for the first time since the Blue Square Premier title-winning season of 2009.
Albion chairman Ben Robinson said: “We are delighted to receive the continued support from Mr Cropper Ltd and look forward to continuing to work together with this new exciting away shirt for the next two seasons.”
Speaking at the launch of the kit, Brewers director and Mr Cropper managing director Rob Brown said: “The new kit looks great and we are delighted to continue to be the main sponsor of Burton Albion Football Club.
“I’d also like to wish all the best to Gary Rowett and his backroom staff for the coming year and we all hope to see the team have a successful League Two season.”
The full kit is now available to purchase from the Burton Albion Club Shop at the Pirelli Stadium as well as online at www.burtonalbionfconlineshop.co.uk.
