A WEDDING photographer who started camera snapping after the death of her father is showcasing her new exhibition in Swadlincote.
Rebecca Soanes is exhibiting her new collection entitled Snapshots of Summer at Sharpe’s Pottery Museum, in West Street, until the end of July.
She said: “The photos are a collection of all my favourite things about summer, so a lot of seaside shots and I have also taken some more local shots.
“I have a total of 18 photos in the exhibition.”
Rebecca is now a wedding photographer, taking on the profession when her father died, leaving his camera.
She said: “I thought I’d pick it up and I have been hooked on it ever since.”
