A TEENAGER accused of damaging parked cars in Burton has appeared before magistrates.
The case against the 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been adjourned until Wednesday, March 12, to allow solicitors to go through paperwork.
The youth, who was joined by his parents at Burton Magistrates Court, faces 22 charges of criminal damage between January 1 and January 3.
Magistrates granted the defendant bail on the condition he does not enter Belvedere Road or Outwoods Street, in Burton.
Legal restrictions prevent newspapers printing information which could lead to the identification of those who appear in youth court.
This includes their name, address, picture or any other material which could identify them.
But the Mail has applied for these restrictions to be lifted if the youth is convicted.
