POLICE chiefs are to take a closer look at antisocial behaviour in a South Derbyshire village.

Derbyshire Police have been tasked with tackling a rise in complaints about the behaviour of youngsters in and around an underpass off Bridge Street, in Castle Gresley.

The matter has been raised as several meetings of Castle Gresley Parish Council and now police have made it a priority for the area.

Members of the public are being asked to report any cases of antisocial behaviour by calling 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
