THOUSANDS of Burton Albion fans are now on their way to Wembley to watch the Brewers in the League Two play-off final.

There was a great atmosphere at the Pirelli Stadium this morning as the car park was a sea of black and yellow ahead of the game, which kicks off at 3pm.

Dave Jones, from Lichfield, said: " I'm excited. It's my first ever time to Wembley. It's nerve-wracking and exciting."

Hazel Shepherd, from Rolleston, and husband Roy are heading down together.

She said: "It's Burton on Trent at Wembley It's exciting.

"We're looking forward to them winning."

Alex Phillips, of Church Gresley, is taking his five-year-old son Finlay. He predicted a 2-0 victory for the Brewers.

He said: "I think we'll get a result. It's really exciting. Will send more from the coach."
