CRAIG Willshee shares the bill with world stars in Wolverhampton next month.

The Swadlincote super-middleweight aims to make it three wins out of three in front of the Box Nation cameras on Friday, August 1.

In the top-of-the-bill fight, Frankie Gavin challenges Leonard Bundu for the European welterweight title – with the winner set to box for world honours.

Also on the bill, Lucas Browne, the heavy-handed Australian heavyweight ranked in the top ten by the WBC and IBF, is in action.

Willshee hopes to be challenging for Midlands Area honours "by the end of next season" and says boxing on next month's show will give him all the motivation he needs to fulfil his ambitions.

"It's a massive show to be on," said the 25-year-old.

"There are big names on the show, a lot of people will be watching and I really need to put on a big performance.

"I know if I keep working hard and keep winning I will box on the big shows and that's great motivation for me."

Willshee has been matched with Mark Till in Wolverhampton – and their clash could be one of the fights of the night.

Till's ten-fight record shows more losses than wins, but the whole-hearted Stoke scrapper usually doesn't lose by much and he always comes to fight.

"He sounds ideal for me," said Willshee.

"I know he won't be running away from me – and I would rather have that."

Manager PJ Rowson hopes Willshee will box "two or three more times" by the end of the year and said: "I think Craig has a very bright future and that's why I've got him on this show.

"I know he's only had a couple of fights, but I think he's going places."

Willshee's boxing ambitions have been given a boost by sponsors YoLo Food Company.

The Burton-based business have drawn up a diet for him and deliver meals to his door.

Willshee thanked them for their help and added: "If I want to do something, I do it properly.

"I don't drink or go out much, all I do is train.

"I'm only going to get one shot at this, so I'm going to give it everything I've got."

Tickets for the show in Wolverhampton are available from 07896-629081.
